Afternoon Car Rider Pickup Update Dear Parents and Guardians, We will be trying an adjustment to our afternoon car rider pickup process today. We will attempt to load six vehicles at a time to help prevent traffic from backing up and blocking Highway 8. There will still be four lanes within the car rider line. We will alternate lanes to utilize the two additional pickup spots, allowing us to load six vehicles at once. Here’s what to expect: Cones will be placed to clearly indicate each pickup spot. A staff member will be positioned farther out in the car rider lanes to call student names and help ensure students are ready to load. Please have your car rider sign visible. As you pull up to the sidewalk, your student should be ready to enter the vehicle promptly so we can keep all six pickup spots moving efficiently. Please follow the directions of staff members as we guide vehicles through the pickup line. We are making these adjustments in an effort to keep traffic moving and prevent vehicles from backing up onto Highway 8. Our goal is to ensure the safety of all of our students and families, as well as our fellow motorists traveling on Highway 8. Please bear with us as we make adjustments and fine-tune our car rider procedures. We appreciate your patience, flexibility, and cooperation as we work to create a safer and more efficient pickup process for everyone. Thank you for your continued support! Jacinda Clifton

Important Morning Car Rider Line Update

Dear Parents and Guardians,

To help prevent traffic from backing up and blocking Highway 8 during morning drop-off, we will begin utilizing a new traffic pattern for our morning car rider line each day. This change is being implemented for the safety of our students and families, as well as all motorists traveling on Highway 8 during drop-off time.

Beginning immediately, cars will line up in four lanes, just as they currently do during afternoon pickup. A staff member will be directing the four lanes of traffic to help keep all lanes moving efficiently and safely.

To help us keep the line moving, please make sure your student is fully prepared to exit the vehicle when it is his/her turn. Students should:

Have their seatbelt unbuckled.
Have all belongings gathered and ready to go.
Receive those last snuggles, hugs, and goodbyes before it is their turn to exit.

Once your vehicle reaches the unloading area, students should be ready to exit promptly so we can keep traffic flowing smoothly.

We sincerely appreciate your flexibility and patience as we tried out this new traffic pattern this morning in an impromptu fashion. Thank you for working with us as we make this adjustment and for helping us prioritize the safety of our students, families, staff, and everyone traveling along Highway 8.

Sincerely,
Jacinda Clifton

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation!

Last week, our school was buzzing with excitement for our 2026 Talent & Art Show! We were blown away by the courage and creativity our students displayed during both our daytime student assembly and our evening performance for families.

From the stage to the gym floor, our students truly did it all:

Acrobatics & Dance: Breathtaking gymnastics and high-energy routines! 🤸‍♀️💃

Musical Marvels: Beautiful singing and instrumental performances that had us all cheering. 🎤🎻

Pure Fun: Impressive jump roping and hula hooping skills that required some serious coordination! ⭕️🏃‍♂️

Laughs & Drama: Original plays written and performed by the students themselves, plus some hilarious comedy sets that kept us laughing. 🎭clown_face:

A huge THANK YOU to all the performers for their hard work, the staff for organizing, and our wonderful parents and students for being such an encouraging audience. We are so proud of our talented community!
